By requesting services from Flourish & Finesse Co., you agree to the following:

1. All services are provided as described in the service request form and agreed upon during consultation.
   
   

2. We will make reasonable efforts to provide services in a professional and timely manner, but are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
   
   

3. Any materials, content, or information provided by you must be accurate and lawful.
   
   

4. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with reasonable notice.
   
   

5. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
   
   

• All payments are processed through Stripe or Square and are non-refundable once work has started.
  
  

• For project-based services, partial refunds may be considered if work has not commenced or for exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
  
  

• If you wish to cancel a service, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start date.
  
  

• Any changes to scope or schedule will be confirmed in writing before work continues.
  
  

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including your name, email, and payment details. All payment information is processed securely through Stripe or Square. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services.
